Ep. 53 - COVID Relief, House Bills, and Passing the Torch

On this episode of FiredUp, Steve discusses:

• Update on Covid and Vaccines coming to market.
• Two bills from the house passed - one to change House and Senate Rules to require that a bill passed out of one body MUST be voted on (either up or down) by the other body. This eliminated "tabling" a bill for political reasons by either body. The second bill would move to place legislation conference meetings on broadcast such as C-Span so the public can be aware of negotiations on proposed legislation.
• Do Republicans fear reprisal from Trump after he has left office for failing his "loyalty test"?
• Democrats continue to "play softball in a hardball game". They need to get aggressive and tougher in dealing with the Republicans.
• The time is long overdue for the American People to rise up and demand action from Government on Covid relief. The 900 billion proposal from the Dems should be a start with more to come in the Biden administration. We need real action step information from our elected leaders.
