Also, should vasectomies and male contraceptives be regulated or restricted like abortions? Why do men get a pass?

Proposals surfacing on a fairer way to forgive college loan debt. Raising the question if we are forgiving one type of debt, why not others. Should there be means tests or income limits on who qualifies?.
