We are taking a look into the outcomes from the leaked opinion memo from SCOTUS Justice Alito on the decision the court appears to be taking to overrule Roe V. Wade and by extension Casey V. Planned Parenthood on abortion rights in this country. Aside from the fallout from the document leak itself, we are looking at what a decision to overrule Roe et. al. means.
