. Midterm Elections are tomorrow, Nov 8th, the long campaign season is done. It’s time for those of us who haven’t voted yet to get to the polls and vote in person! 41.9 million votes were cast early and by mail so far.

· We will look at three stories that show how the far right will use the power if they gain control of House and/or Senate:

· Scotus will be considering a Nursing Home case that would eliminate the filing of lawsuits for mistreatment of residents.

· We fact check a Michigan ballot initiative that reportedly would remove the Photo ID requirement for voting, but does it?

· We look at a Louisiana effort to exclude mixed race citizens to reduce the numbers of voters that aren’t Black or Black/White mixed race.
